Warships. Evolution of battleships and aircraft carriers

Maksym Palamarchuk is the head of the Center for Foreign Policy Studies at the National Institute for Strategic Studies. He has experience working in the National Security Council of Ukraine and is the author of the book "Naval Power and its Limits".
