This book is a war diary. It tells a fictional story about a group of young people who find themselves in the middle of a war against their will. She describes how each of them felt cold, either from fear or from the cold, as a rocket exploded next to them, shattering windows and setting off alarms.

This is a story about how each of them tried to become useful for the country, how their fears and doubts developed. It tells about what they talked about, what they thought about and what they believed. This book is about people just like you. It is about our contemporaries.
