Vitaly Kyrychenko is a Ukrainian artist, teacher and father of five children who found his vocation in writing children's books. His works, in particular "Christmas", "Many funny stories", "A book that must be read for St. Nicholas' Day" and "Scary hooligan book" (co-author Yu. Nikitinskyi), were loved by many children throughout Ukraine, even those who usually does not like to read. Many of his books are based on real events from his own childhood. Through his creativity, Kyrychenko strives to change people for the better, making them simpler, more naive and happier, because he believes that a happy person is a good person.
