Vakhtang Kipiani — Ukrainian journalist, historian, publicist and public figure, known for his work in the field of research into the history of Ukraine and journalistic investigations. He was born in 1971. He is the founder and editor-in-chief of the online publicationHistorical truth, which popularizes Ukrainian history and highlights little-known or silenced events of the past.
Kipiani is the author and editor of several books, among which the most famous is"The Case of Vasyl Stus", which caused a significant public response and became a bestseller. His works are dedicated to highlighting the historical truth, protecting human rights and fighting for freedom of speech. Kipiani also teaches, gives lectures on history and journalism, actively participates in public initiatives aimed at the development of Ukrainian culture and national consciousness.
