Ruslan Zabiliy— Ukrainian historian, scientist and public figure, specialist in the history of the Ukrainian liberation movement of the 20th century. He is the director of the National Museum "Prison on Lontskoho" in Lviv and is actively engaged in the research of national memory, the topic of repressions and the struggle of Ukrainians for independence. His scientific works and books reveal little-known pages of Ukrainian history, in particular the activities of the OUN and UPA, as well as the circumstances of the anti-Soviet resistance.
