Magdalena Droste, born in 1948 in Eschweiler (Germany), is an internationally recognized Bauhaus scholar. Her academic career includes studies in art history and literature in Aachen and Marburg.
Since 1980, Droste has worked at the Bauhaus Archive in Berlin, where she has made significant contributions to preserving and promoting the legacy of this legendary school of design and architecture.
