His best-known novel, The Edge of Everything, combines adventure with elements of fantasy, exploring themes of friendship, courage, and the struggle against dark forces. Before starting his literary career, Giles worked as a journalist for well-known publications, includingRolling StoneandEntertainment Weekly, where he wrote on the topics of culture, cinema and music.
