Why exactly “like borscht”?

This is the second collection of articles created by the community. KyivUX and R9 Research community.

The book presents the complex topic of team interaction through a simple and familiar metaphor — borscht. Borscht is a multi-layered dish, like a workshop. This is a complex form of work, inherent in experienced specialists who do not stop at basic skills, but seek new professional “flavors” and approaches. Each facilitator — like a skilled chef — has his/her own approaches to cooking, his/her own rituals and unique ingredients that give his/her workshop uniqueness. And the most interesting thing is that you can learn to cook even from other people's recipes — and then create your own, team or “family” recipe for effective interaction.

This collection does not claim to be academic (at least not yet), but the experiences, examples, and insights described in it will inspire you to research, share knowledge with colleagues, experiment, and improve your approaches to products and processes.
