Severodonetsk. Reports from the past

These reports, with one exception, were written in 2020-2021 and cover Severodonetsk before the full-scale Russian invasion. The reader will get an idea of ​​what it was like and what happened until 2022 in this city of Luhansk region, located on the border of Donbass and Slobozhan region; how it changed from the identity of a Soviet industrial city to the self-awareness of a city in independent Ukraine. Some reports describe the residents of the city, others tell about locations, and still others - about important events for Severodonetsk, in particular 2004 and 2014. The author, who was born and raised in Severodonetsk, in this book balances the reporting style with a subjective, sometimes ironic view of the city.
