The book "UKRAINIAN FOLK FASHION | Ukrainian Traditional Fashion. Ethnophotography" opens up the rich and diverse world of traditional Ukrainian clothing. Thanks to the photographs of the famous photographer Anna Senik - the founder of the genre of Ukrainian ethnophotography - the reader is immersed in a visual journey through nine ethnographic regions of Ukraine. Two separate sections of the publication are dedicated to Ukrainian embroidery and traditional jewelry. Anna's photo shoots are like frames from a historical film: professional, emotional, deeply immersed in the atmosphere of the time. To convey authenticity down to the smallest details, she works in close collaboration with leading ethnographers, collectors and museum experts.

To ensure the most accurate historical basis, the project was joined by renowned Ukrainian ethnographer Yuriy Melnychuk, who prepared in-depth texts with comments on the geography of the regions, the characteristic features of clothing, embroidery patterns, and decorations. This is what makes the book especially valuable: it is not only the first modern visual guide to Ukrainian folk clothing, but also serves as a meaningful historical reference.
