If the previous issue of Telegraf was devoted to the theme of war, Telegraf #3, "The Will", focuses on what will help to win. We believe in the Ukrainian superpower — Will.

Will permeates us and our lives, it determines everything we do, how we do it and why. It forms our strongest traits: resilience, energy, resourcefulness and determination.

In this issue, we explore how Volya manifests itself in Ukrainian visual culture — in design, art, and everyday life.

A feature of the design is the image of a bird. The magazine presents 13 different birds living in Ukraine. By turning the pages, readers will be able to symbolically release the birds from captivity, allowing them to soar into the sky, where there are no restrictions and open horizons.
