Readellion publishing is a Ukrainian indie publishing house/community bookstore that combines a love for the printed format with the philosophy "to read = to rebel."
Readellion started as an online store in 2019, working mainly with interesting foreign publications — niche magazines, zines. Later, the assortment was supplemented with Ukrainian books, magazines, and samizdat.
The Readellion team selects for its assortment what inspires it — what "they themselves do not shy away from."
In 2023, they opened an offline store in Kyiv at 23 Voznesensky Uzviz.
Readellion aims to do more than just sell books — they want to create a space for inspiration, exchange of ideas, and development of creative ideas, especially among young designers, artists, and culture lovers.
