Leonid Ushkalov— Ukrainian literary critic, writer and professor, known for his research on Ukrainian literature, in particular the Baroque period and the works of Hryhoriy Skovoroda. His works, such as "Skovoroda and others", reveal to readers the depth of philosophical thought and cultural heritage of Ukraine. Ushkalov is also the author of numerous articles and books studying the national literary tradition, conveying its importance to the modern generation.
