Igor Mezentsev is a Ukrainian chef and gastronomic expert, author of the Topot projects and a gastronomic magazine.MEZENCEV. His book was published in 2024Cooking in the Wild, dedicated to preparing food in the wild nature of the Carpathians. Actively participates in international gastronomic events and popularizes Ukrainian cuisine.
