A significant part of his works is devoted to the art of the 1920s, in particular the work of the VUFKU (All-Ukrainian Photo and Cinema Administration), the theatrical avant-garde (Anatol Petrytskyi, Leonid Chernov, Boris Kosarev), and constructivism.
