Dmitry Malakov
Dmytro Malakov is a Ukrainian architect, architectural historian and researcher. He is the author of numerous publications on the history of architecture, in particular Kyiv’s architectural heritage, as well as a book on Kyiv’s commercial buildings. His research covers important aspects of the city’s development, studying architectural styles and social processes that accompanied their development, in particular at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Dmytro Malakov is actively working on the preservation of architectural heritage and the popularization of knowledge about the history of urban planning in Ukraine.
